I'm a big fan of Google apps for business (Email, Calendar, Docs and Sites in that order), although I remain doubtful about Google+ (Google's answer to Facebook) and Buzz (Google's answer to Twitter).
I do think Google+ integration into Google Apps could be quite a smart way of providing self-maintained user profiles within organisations, so I do see some value. But for me - Mail, Calendar, Docs and Sites remain the four killer apps from Google.
